REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALITIES
Great Organizational skill in logging footage for projects is a MUST!
Ability to edit video projects on non-linear editing system.
Creation of still and motion graphics as required for projects.
Output finalized projects to multi formats including DVD Authoring.
Perform daily task necessary for operation of the production/editing studio.
Insure that production and post-production equipment is maintained.
Must be able to work fast, without supervision and deliver on time.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Self-motivated person MUST have a minimum 2years video pre-production, Production Post-production experience. Higher Institution Certificate a plus.
Experience in working in DV/HDV/HD format.
Experience in the use of ADOBE CREATIVE SUITES 5 and Higher is A MUST! It includes After Effects, Premier & CorelDraw.

In my opinion, words such as 'IMPOSSIBILITY' and 'IMPOSSIBLE' should be expunged from the English Dictionary. They don't exist in the real sense!

Mind you, which of these new words by yours truly do you deem fit as a worthy replacement for the afore mentioned words:
1. Netpal /'netpal/ n formal
someone you met and made friend with on the internet.
Who's that you're chatting with? C'mon dear, she's just my netpal.

2. Chinkowood /'tsinkowud/ n informal
any film of chinese making.
Jackie Chan is my favourite Chinkowood actor!

Here are some other sound-words by some anonymous individuals. They should be considered too.

* Mtchew /no transcription/ disapproving
the spelling of the sound that sb makes when he/she supposedly hisses. I hate beans, mtchew!

* Qi qi qi qi... /khi:khi:khi:khi:/ n
the sound that some people make when they are laughing. This they do by intermittently forcing air through a little space between the tongue and upper part of the mouth.
Qi qi qi qi... qi qi qi qi... Mr. Bean won't kill me with laughter -he's just too funny!

I am BLESSED.
Blessed are you GOD.
God is ALL-SUFFICIENT.
I am blessed is the main sentence. Blessed are you God is the first comment while God is all-sufficient is the second. The next comment is therefore expected to start with 'all-sufficient'


Set standards

*it is a must that you start your comment with the last word of the main sentence or the previous comment
*no participant is allowed to comment consecutively
*abusive, racial or critical words/comments are strictly not permitted.
*kindly 'remove' and post another comment in accordance with Standard 1 should someone else post a comment earlier than you (this can happen if someone else post a comment while you were typing).
*your last word MUST be in CAPITAL to show emphasis.
*abbreviations are allowed but it must not be used as the last word.
